Once the summer resort of the erstwhile British administration in South India it still retains its colonial charm and is famous for its tea plantations, most of which are privately owned. With its sprawling estates, rolling hills, sparkling waterfalls, picture postcard hamlets, and undulating valleys, Munnar is an ideal holiday destination. En route visit Cheyyapara & Valpara waterfalls & Short visit to Pottas Fun farm, where you can experience Fun Fish & Zipline ride. Later check into your hotel and unwind. Day 02: Munnar - 5 hrs drive

After breakfast full day is free for your activities. You can either go for a sightseeing tour or can fully engage with the in-house activities at the resort.
Sightseeing options:- Visit Anayirangal Dam, Dolmen Sight, Kolukkumalai Tea Plantation & Tea Factory (Jeep Safari tour)

Day 03: Kumarakom (160 Kms/5 Hrs drive)

After breakfast drive to Kumarakom -the enchanting backwater region of Kerala and check into your hotel. The labyrinthine network of rivers, canals, streams, and lagoons which form the famed backwaters offer stunning views and is an ideal place to relax. Afternoon you can visit the local Bird Sanctuary and also can engage in activities like sunset cruise(optional), Fishing, etc. Stay overnight at Niramaya Back waters and Beyond Kumarakom - Superior lake view villa

NIRAAMAYA RESORT, KUMARAKOM

Day 04: Kumarakom

Full day free to explore the backwater activities. In the evening you can visit the local market for a bit of shopping. Stay overnight at Niramaya Back waters and Beyond Kumarakom - Superior lake view villa

Day 05: Departure (80 Kms/2.5 Hrs drive)

The morning after breakfast checkout and drive to Cochin, upon arrival continue with the local sightseeing tour, here you can see the St Francis Church, the oldest Church in India, 500-year-old Portuguese Houses, Chinese fishing nets, 16th-century Synagogue, Jew Town, and Mattancherry Palace; built by Portuguese, this Palace contains some of India’s most beautiful murals. Evening departure transfer to the Airport/Ernakulam Railway station for onward journey.
